If more than 48 hours after enrollment, one of the following will apply: Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend the designated weekend, you may reschedule for another “Write a Book in a Weekend” event held anytime in the next 12 months. Email Info @MyBigBusinessCard.com for a schedule of upcoming “Write a Book in a Weekend” events.

Substitution: If you don’t wish to reschedule, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Contact Dina @MyBigBusinessCard.com prior to the weekend to transfer your enrollment. There is no transfer fee.

If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact our customer service at Dina @MyBigBusinessCard.com. We will convert your enrollment fee to a non-refundable credit you may apply towards any MyBigBusinessCard.com / Write a Book in a Weekend / Donna Kozik product or service for up to one full year from the original event date. Some restrictions apply.

If, after attending the program, you are not completely satisfied with the materials and support given, please contact Dina @MyBigBusinessCard.com no later than 5 p.m. PT the Monday immediately following the weekend. You must have fully participated in “Write a Book in a Weekend” through the Saturday afternoon laser coaching and request your refund no later than 5 p.m. PT the following Monday. At your option, we will apply your tuition to any MyBigBusinessCard.com product/service or send you a full refund. Complimentary enrollments and certificate enrollments are not eligible for refund.
