If requested within 5 days after enrollment, full refunds will be given with no explanation necessary. (Does not apply to purchases made within 10 days of event.) Complimentary enrollments or gift certificates are not eligible for refund.

If more than 5 days after purchase or within 10 days of event, all refund requests must be received in writing by 12 noon PST on the Saturday of the event. Please email support@mybigbusinesscard.com with your request.

At your option, we will apply your full tuition to any other Kozik Rocha, Inc. product/service or send you a full refund minus a $75 processing and administrative fee. Credit can be applied up to one full year from the purchase date. Some restrictions apply.

No refunds will be given for requests received after 12 noon PST on Saturday of the event.
No refunds will be given to individuals who postpone participation in the weekend immediately scheduled after purchase. No exceptions.
